At Cannalogica, we look to process orders as quickly as we can, so you can start enjoying the products you love as soon as possible.
We offer shipping on all orders within three to five days, with no minimum quantities.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to three weeks.
Returns and Refunds
Our aim at Cannalogica is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept accept returns and provide a full refund as long as all items are:
> in the original packaging
> in a saleable condition
> received within 30 days from the delivery date
Fees may apply when returning:
> opened or used items – 15% restocking fee
> orders over $500 – 50% restocking fee + a restocking fee on the cancellation fee
> defective or damaged items – we’ll cover all shipping costs
> Keep in mind, if you refuse to accept packages, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Address Changes: We do not reship or make changes to the shipping address that was provided on the original order. Any package that is refused or undelivered due to an insufficient address is subject to a refund.
Refunds/Credits will be issued within two to seven business days. Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email.
Note: Cannalogica reserves the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
