Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
We collect personally identifiable information in different ways, for different reasons. General info (e.g. name, address, e-mail, phone number) and billing info (such as credit card information) are collected for the purpose of order fulfillment and if need be, follow up to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
How We Use Your Personally Identifiable Information
The Site uses the information collected to bill you for and deliver ordered products in the amount of time expected by the customer, per our shipping terms. We will also use the information we collect to contact you in the event there is an issue with your order, or if you request information or support from us. Non-personally-identifying information is used to track a product’s sales frequency and for consideration regarding incentives, and status on Cannalogica™ Site.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instruction contained within each of the communications you receive.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
We use other third parties such as a payment gateway company to bill you for goods and services, an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf, a postal company and a hosting company. We use Live Chat to assist you if you have questions while using our Site or regarding your order. These companies are authorized to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide these services to us. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personally identifiable information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

You will be notified via prominent notice on our Site for 30 days prior to any such change in ownership or control of your personally identifiable information, as well as choices you have regarding your personally identifiable information.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
Upon request, Cannalogica™ will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org; we will respond to your request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, your account will be deemed active for up to 60 days after the date of your last order.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We use Local Storage, such as HTML5, to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Site or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity also use HTML5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.

When a customer chooses to post a review of a product, we may ask for their information such as name and email address.
